On June 29th, 2022 Council passed the resolution to adopt By-Law 119 – STR Licencing.
A by-law to provide for the licencing and regulation of short-term rentals.
June 1st, 2022 any new short-term rentals must apply for a Conditional Use application and receive approval by Council to operate before a licence will be issued.
If approved, the Short-Term Rental Licence must be displayed in a visible area on the property and the Licence Number is to be included in all advertising.
