The Municipality of Harrison Park has a great rental opportunity for office space suitable for non-profit organizations, community groups, professional businesses, etc.

Located at 106 Main Street in Newdale, MB the building offers 3 workstations, secure storage, and ample space for walk-in traffic.   Much of the typical office furniture and equipment is onsite and ready to be used.  The Municipality is looking for a long-term rental agreement but is flexible to accommodate your organization’s needs.

About Newdale… 

Newdale is situated just off the #16 HWY, less than 80 kms northwest of Brandon.  It offers a quiet downtown area with postal service, restaurant, and recreational facilities.

Submit a brief description of your company/organization’s profile telling us about your venture, and your proposed monthly rental range.   Be sure to highlight the history, as well as the present practice and mission.  All types of enterprises are encouraged to submit an EOI; however, preference will be given to those that demonstrate a community need.
