Utility Accounts and Billing
The Municipality provides utility services including water and sewer. All utility accounts are managed through the Utility Department.
Utility bills are issued on a quarterly basis. Your bill will reflect charges for the previous billing period based on your metre reading. Bills are due within 30 days of the issue date.
The billing periods are:
- January - March
- April - June
- July - September
- October - December
Payment Options
Pay your water and utility bills online through your bank's website or mobile app. Once logged in, navigate to the bill payment section and add a new payee using the options listed below.

Payment can be made in person at the office by debit card, cheque or cash.
New residents and property owners must register for a utility account before services can be activated.
To open an account, visit the municipal office or contact us by phone or email. You will need to provide your property address, and your mailing address.
Readings must be submitted between the following dates:
- March 20th - 31st
- June 20th - 30th
- September 20th - 30th
- December 20th - 31st
