PUBLIC NOTICE - Power Outage

Notice of Planned Power Outage

Manitoba Hydro would like to inform the Town of Sandy Lake of a planned power outage scheduled for November 5. The outage is expected to last approximately 9 hours while Manitoba Hydro replaces hydro lines along PTH 45. 
During this time, residents are reminded that water and sewer services may be affected. Please use caution and limit flushing toilets during the outage to avoid potential issues with the municipal system.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to plan accordingly during this time. Consider unplugging sensitive electronics and appliances, and ensure you have flashlights, batteries, and other essentials on hand if the outage affects your property.
