| GENERAL INTENT OF BY-LAW: | This development plan amendment intends to introduce new policies directing short-term rental to appropriate peripheral areas and to update livestock policy areas and separation distances to guide new and expanding livestock operations in proximity to potentially incompatible land uses and natural areas. |
