Committee Grants

On Behalf of Senior Services of Prairie Parkland would like to thank the Municipality of Harrison Park for the $500.00 grant. With this grant we were able to purchase a blood pressure machine and will be offering Blood Pressure Clinics to the residents of Newdale and Elphinstone on a monthly basis. Senior Services goal is to keep seniors in their homes living independently for as long as possible. With this blood pressure machine, residents will be able to keep track of their health on a regular basis.

Pictured are a few of the senior residents from Newdale and Senior Service Coordinator Tannis Weber.

The Minnedosa Hospital want to thank the RM of Harrison Park for helping with the purchase of the “Bladder Scanner” for the Minnedosa Hospital. This is a much needed piece of equipment and the $5000 helped with part of the purchase.

We have part of the phenomenal team pictured, Taresa, Arlene, Greg and the Care Manager from the Hospital Lana Hogg.

Our fund raising is on-going and forever just like every other hospital in Manitoba.
